Questa informativa è resa ai sensi degli artt. 13 e 14 del Regolamento (UE) 2016/679 (GDPR) e riguarda i dati personali che raccogliamo attraverso il sito www.taxicomolake.com.
In breve: raccogliamo i dati che servono per rispondere alle tue richieste e per gestire la prenotazione, e nient'altro. Non facciamo marketing, non profiliamo, non vendiamo dati a nessuno. I dati della carta non passano da noi.

Non è stato nominato un Responsabile della protezione dei dati (DPO): l'attività non rientra tra i casi in cui il GDPR lo richiede. Per qualsiasi questione sui dati puoi scrivere direttamente ai contatti qui sopra.
2. Quali dati raccogliamo e perché
a. Prenotazioni dal sito
Per prenotare raccogliamo nome e cognome, email, telefono, i dettagli del servizio (data, orario, durata, numero di passeggeri, punto d'incontro, imbarcazione) e le eventuali note che scrivi.
Finalità: eseguire il contratto — confermare la prenotazione, organizzare il servizio e contattarti per le comunicazioni operative (conferma, punto d'incontro, avvisi in caso di maltempo).
Base giuridica: esecuzione del contratto (art. 6.1.b GDPR) e, per la parte amministrativa, adempimento degli obblighi fiscali e contabili di legge (art. 6.1.c).
Dati di pagamento: non li raccogliamo. Le credenziali PayPal e i dati della carta vengono inseriti in un'interfaccia gestita da PayPal e trattati direttamente da loro: non transitano dai nostri sistemi e non li conserviamo. Di ogni pagamento vediamo soltanto l'esito e un riferimento tecnico della transazione (ID ordine). Vedi la sezione 4.
b. Richieste dal modulo di contatto
Quando usi il modulo «Richiedi il tuo tour» raccogliamo nome e cognome, email, telefono (se lo indichi), il contenuto del messaggio e gli eventuali data, orario, durata, numero di ospiti e tipo di barca che hai indicato.
Finalità: rispondere alla tua richiesta e prepararti un preventivo.
Base giuridica: esecuzione di misure precontrattuali adottate su tua richiesta (art. 6.1.b GDPR). Sono dati che ci dai spontaneamente: senza nome ed email non possiamo risponderti.
La verifica anti-spam del modulo è un semplice calcolo eseguito nel tuo browser: nessun servizio esterno, nessun dato aggiuntivo raccolto.
c. Consenso all'informativa
Per procedere con una prenotazione o inviare il modulo devi spuntare una casella che conferma la presa visione di questa informativa e, per le prenotazioni, delle Condizioni di vendita. Registriamo il fatto che hai dato il consenso e il momento esatto in cui l'hai dato (campi tecnici consent e consentAt, quest'ultimo un timestamp).
Finalità: poter dimostrare, se necessario, che l'informativa ti è stata resa prima della raccolta dei dati.
Base giuridica: obbligo di accountability del titolare (artt. 5.2 e 7.1 GDPR). Non è un consenso a finalità di marketing: è la prova che hai visto l'informativa.
d. Email operative
Ti scriviamo per la conferma della prenotazione e per le comunicazioni necessarie sul servizio. Base giuridica: art. 6.1.b GDPR.
Nessun marketing. Non inviamo newsletter, non usiamo i tuoi contatti per promozioni e non li iscriviamo a nessuna lista. Se un domani volessimo farlo, servirebbe un consenso separato, libero e revocabile, chiesto in modo esplicito: non è compreso in nulla di quello che accetti oggi.
e. Dati tecnici di navigazione
Come ogni sito, il server che ospita queste pagine registra nei propri log tecnici gli indirizzi IP e i dati di connessione, per sicurezza e diagnostica. Base giuridica: legittimo interesse alla sicurezza del sito (art. 6.1.f GDPR). Non usiamo questi dati per identificarti né per profilarti. Per cookie e strumenti di terze parti vedi la Cookie Policy.
3. Come avviene il trattamento
Le prenotazioni sono gestite attraverso la piattaforma tecnologica TourPilot di 1ClickComputers di Rancati Gabriele (Cernobbio, CO — P.IVA 03336550136), che agisce come Responsabile del trattamento ai sensi dell'art. 28 GDPR sulla base di un accordo scritto (DPA) e tratta i dati solo su nostre istruzioni.
Il trattamento avviene con strumenti elettronici, con misure di sicurezza tecniche e organizzative adeguate (accessi nominali, cifratura in transito, accesso limitato al personale che deve operare sul servizio). L'accesso ai dati è limitato a chi deve occuparsene: il titolare, il conducente per le sole informazioni necessarie a svolgere il servizio, e il Responsabile per la manutenzione tecnica del sistema.
Non è previsto alcun processo decisionale automatizzato né alcuna profilazione ai sensi dell'art. 22 GDPR.
4. A chi comunichiamo i dati
Oltre al Responsabile indicato al punto 3, i dati possono essere trattati dai fornitori tecnici elencati qui sotto, ciascuno per la sola parte che gli compete.

Oltre a questi, i dati possono essere comunicati ai consulenti fiscali e contabili del titolare e alle autorità quando la legge lo impone.
Non vendiamo e non cediamo i dati a terzi per finalità loro.
Contenuti di terze parti soggetti a consenso
Questi servizi non ricevono nulla per impostazione predefinita. Si attivano solo se presti il consenso dal banner: da quel momento ricevono il tuo indirizzo IP e i dati tecnici del browser, necessari a consegnarti il contenuto. 5. Trasferimenti fuori dall'Unione Europea
I fornitori contrassegnati come extra UE nella tabella sopra sono società con sede o infrastrutture negli Stati Uniti: il trattamento può comportare un trasferimento di dati personali fuori dallo Spazio Economico Europeo.
Tali trasferimenti avvengono sulla base delle garanzie previste dal Capo V del GDPR: clausole contrattuali standard approvate dalla Commissione europea (art. 46.2.c) e, dove il fornitore vi aderisce, la decisione di adeguatezza UE–USA (EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework) del 10 luglio 2023 (art. 45). Puoi chiederci copia delle garanzie in essere scrivendo ai contatti del punto 1.
I servizi di terze parti che si attivano solo con il tuo consenso sono elencati in fondo alla sezione 4 e descritti in dettaglio nella Cookie Policy: se non presti il consenso, non vengono caricati e non avviene alcun trasferimento verso di loro.
6. Per quanto tempo li conserviamo
- Richieste dal modulo di contatto: il tempo necessario a evadere la richiesta e a gestire gli eventuali contatti successivi, e comunque non oltre 12 mesi dall'ultimo scambio.
- Dati di prenotazione: per la durata del rapporto e poi per i termini imposti dagli obblighi contrattuali, fiscali e contabili — 10 anni per i documenti contabili, come previsto dalla legge italiana.
- Prova del consenso (
consent,consentAt): per lo stesso tempo del dato cui si riferisce, essendone la giustificazione. - Email operative: conservate nella casella aziendale per il tempo utile a documentare il rapporto.
- Log tecnici del server: per il tempo necessario alla sicurezza e alla diagnostica, secondo le impostazioni del fornitore di hosting.
Scaduti questi termini i dati vengono cancellati o resi anonimi.
7. I tuoi diritti
Puoi esercitare in qualsiasi momento i diritti previsti dagli artt. 15-22 GDPR:
- accesso ai tuoi dati e copia degli stessi;
- rettifica dei dati inesatti o incompleti;
- cancellazione, nei casi previsti;
- limitazione del trattamento;
- opposizione al trattamento fondato sul legittimo interesse;
- portabilità, per ricevere i dati in un formato leggibile o farli trasferire.
Per esercitarli scrivi a info@taxicomolake.com oppure alla PEC autonoleggiorentboatsrl@legalmail.it: rispondiamo senza ritardo e comunque entro un mese. Se ritieni che il trattamento non sia conforme, puoi presentare reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it) o rivolgerti all'autorità giudiziaria.
8. Minori
Il sito non è destinato a minori di 14 anni e non raccogliamo consapevolmente i loro dati: le prenotazioni sono fatte da adulti. I minori sono benvenuti a bordo, accompagnati da un adulto che ne risponde, e i loro dati si limitano a quanto serve per la sicurezza e la capienza (numero di passeggeri, presenza di bambini o neonati).
9. Cookie e servizi esterni
Questo sito non usa cookie di profilazione e non fa analytics. Alcuni contenuti di terze parti (mappe, feed Instagram, recensioni) si caricano soltanto se dai il consenso dal banner. Il dettaglio di cosa viene salvato sul tuo dispositivo, di quali servizi entrano in gioco e come revocare il consenso è nella Cookie Policy.

How we handle your data
This notice is given under Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and covers the personal data we collect through www.taxicomolake.com.
In short: we collect the data needed to answer your enquiries and to handle your booking, and nothing else. We do no marketing, no profiling, and we sell data to no one. Card details never pass through us.

2. What we collect and why
a. Bookings made on the website
To take a booking we collect your full name, email, phone number, the details of the service (date, time, duration, number of passengers, meeting point, boat) and any notes you write.
Purpose: performing the contract — confirming the booking, organising the service and contacting you with operational messages (confirmation, meeting point, weather alerts).
Legal basis: performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, for the administrative side, compliance with statutory tax and accounting obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)).
Payment data: we do not collect it. PayPal credentials and card details are entered in an interface operated by PayPal and processed directly by them: they never pass through our systems and we do not store them. For each payment we only see the outcome and a technical transaction reference (order ID). See section 4.
b. Contact form enquiries
When you use the “Request your tour” form we collect your full name, email, phone (if you give it), the content of your message and any date, time, duration, number of guests and boat type you indicated.
Purpose: answering your enquiry and preparing a quote.
Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). You give us this data voluntarily: without a name and an email we cannot reply.
The form's anti-spam check is a simple calculation performed in your browser: no external service, no extra data collected.
c. Proof that the notice was given
To complete a booking or send the form you must tick a box confirming that you have read this notice and, for bookings, the Terms of Sale. We record the fact that you gave that confirmation and the exact moment you gave it (technical fields consent and consentAt, the latter a timestamp).
Purpose: being able to demonstrate, if needed, that the notice was given to you before the data was collected.
Legal basis: the controller's accountability obligation (Arts. 5(2) and 7(1) GDPR). This is not consent to marketing: it is evidence that you saw the notice.
d. Operational emails
We write to you for the booking confirmation and for any necessary message about the service. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
No marketing. We send no newsletters, we do not use your contact details for promotions and we do not add you to any list. Should we ever wish to, it would require separate consent, freely given and revocable, asked for explicitly: it is not bundled into anything you accept today.
e. Technical browsing data
Like any website, the server hosting these pages records IP addresses and connection data in its technical logs, for security and diagnostics. Legal basis: legitimate interest in the security of the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not use this data to identify or profile you. For cookies and third-party tools see the Cookie Policy.
3. How the processing works
Bookings are handled through the TourPilot technology platform by 1ClickComputers di Rancati Gabriele (Cernobbio, CO, Italy — VAT 03336550136), which acts as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR on the basis of a written agreement (DPA) and processes data only on our instructions.
Processing is carried out with electronic tools, under appropriate technical and organisational security measures (named accounts, encryption in transit, access limited to staff who need to run the service). Access is limited to those who must handle it: the controller, the skipper for the information strictly needed to deliver the service, and the processor for technical maintenance of the system.
There is no automated decision-making and no profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.
4. Who we share data with
Besides the processor named in section 3, data may be processed by the technical providers listed below, each only for the part that concerns them.

In addition, data may be disclosed to the controller's tax and accounting advisers and to public authorities where the law requires it.
We do not sell or hand over data to third parties for their own purposes.
Third-party content subject to consent
These services receive nothing by default. They activate only if you give consent via the banner: from that moment they receive your IP address and technical browser data, needed to deliver the content to you. If you refuse, they are not contacted at all. How they work and how to withdraw your choice is detailed in the Cookie Policy.

5. Transfers outside the European Union
The providers marked outside EU in the table above are companies based in, or running infrastructure in, the United States: processing may involve a transfer of personal data outside the European Economic Area.
Such transfers rely on the safeguards set out in Chapter V of the GDPR: standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission (Art. 46(2)(c)) and, where the provider is certified under it, the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision of 10 July 2023 (Art. 45). You may ask us for a copy of the safeguards in place by writing to the contacts in section 1.
Third-party services that load only with your consent are listed at the end of section 4 and described in detail in the Cookie Policy: if you do not consent, they are not loaded and no transfer to them takes place.
6. How long we keep it
- Contact form enquiries: as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any follow-up, and in any case no longer than 12 months from the last exchange.
- Booking data: for the duration of the relationship and then for the periods imposed by contractual, tax and accounting obligations — 10 years for accounting records, as required by Italian law.
- Proof of notice (
consent,consentAt): for as long as the data it justifies is kept. - Operational emails: kept in the company mailbox for as long as useful to document the relationship.
- Server technical logs: for as long as needed for security and diagnostics, according to the hosting provider's settings.
Once these periods expire the data is deleted or anonymised.
7. Your rights
You may exercise at any time the rights set out in Arts. 15-22 GDPR:
- access to your data and a copy of it;
- rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- erasure, in the cases provided for;
- restriction of processing;
- objection to processing based on legitimate interest;
- portability, to receive your data in a readable format or have it transferred.
To exercise them write to info@taxicomolake.com or to the certified address autonoleggiorentboatsrl@legalmail.it: we reply without undue delay and in any case within one month. If you believe the processing does not comply, you may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it) or with your local supervisory authority, or go to court.
8. Children
This site is not aimed at children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect their data: bookings are made by adults. Children are welcome on board, accompanied by a responsible adult, and their data is limited to what is needed for safety and capacity (number of passengers, presence of children or infants).
9. Cookies and external services
This site uses no profiling cookies and runs no analytics. Some third-party content (maps, Instagram feed, reviews) loads only if you give consent via the banner. The detail of what is stored on your device, which services come into play and how to withdraw consent is in the Cookie Policy.
